What's Included:
Work IN Workout - Mindful Strengthening (Mondays, 8:30-9:30 am Pacific)
Resistance training with weights and bands, agility and mobility exercises. Building bone density, supporting graceful aging, moving with breath and presence.
Core Revival - Yoga, Core & Restoration (Wednesdays, 8:30-9:30 am Pacific)
Yoga asana, core and pelvic floor strengthening and exploration, restorative postures and breath practice. Building from the center out, softening what's held too tight.
Meditation & Connection Circles (Tuesdays, bi-weekly, 5:30 pm Pacific) Community gatherings exploring the energetic dimension of our practice. Short teachings followed by direct experience.

By purchasing and participating in the Work IN Workout (WIWO) program, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Nature of the Program
I understand that Work IN Workout (WIWO) is a virtual, educational wellness program delivered via Zoom and may include physical movement, breath practices, and mindful exercise. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at my own discretion and risk.
2. Medical Disclaimer
I understand that Work IN Workout (WIWO) is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. All information, instruction, and guidance provided by HeartSong Yoga and Wellness Center, LLC, HeartSong Yoga Sanctuary, and Leslie Ellis are for educational and general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Health Responsibility
I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in this program and that I have consulted, or will consult, with my physician or healthcare practitioner before beginning this or any new exercise program, especially if I have a medical condition, injury, chronic pain, or am pregnant.
I agree to take full responsibility for listening to my body, modifying practices as needed, resting when appropriate, and discontinuing participation if I experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
4. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in physical movement and exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strain, injury, dizziness, or other physical or emotional responses. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.
5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge HeartSong Yoga and Wellness Center, LLC, HeartSong Yoga Sanctuary, Leslie Ellis, and any affiliated teachers, facilitators, or representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this program, including participation in live or recorded sessions.
6. Virtual Participation & Recordings
I understand that this program is offered virtually via Zoom and that sessions may be recorded for participant access. I acknowledge that I am responsible for creating a safe and appropriate space for my participation and that I choose how and whether I appear on camera.
7. Consent
By checking the box, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver in full and voluntarily agree to its terms as a condition of participation.
