      The Sanctuary
A place to tend what matters most.

The Sanctuary is a virtual wisdom school grounded in yoga philosophy, Buddhist teachings, and the science of the nervous system -- offered through the living laboratory of your own body.

We practice here. We don't just talk about transformation -- we move into it, breathe through it, feel it reorganize us from the inside out.

Each season carries its own thematic thread. The Library holds what we've built together -- seasons of teaching you can return to any time.

This is a community for women in midlife and beyond -- and anyone who recognizes themselves in this work. Those who are turning toward life, who are curious, who are willing to be changed by practice. Who are ready to become more fully themselves.

And you are joining at a meaningful moment. Charter Members -- the first 25 who step through the door to ongoing membership-- lock their rate permanently. This is not a temporary discount; it is a gift of permanence for those who arrive early.
The first 5 Charter Members at Seeker or Sage level also receive a complimentary Soul Embodiment Session with Leslie, a private one-on-one experience of the deeper work that underlies everything we do here.
