Instruction in HeartSong and The Sanctuary is for educational and recreational purposes only. Classes, programs, and private sessions are not licensed healthcare services, and nothing offered here replaces care from your healthcare provider.

Your participation. I am choosing to take part voluntarily to support my own wellness. I understand that sessions include breathing practices, meditation, gentle movement, yoga, and strength and fitness exercises. I am responsible for listening to my body, practicing within my own comfort, and stopping and letting the instructor know if I feel pain. If I need medical clearance before taking part, I will get it from my healthcare provider first.

Assumption of risk and release of liability. I understand that movement and exercise carry some risk of injury. I knowingly assume that risk. In consideration of being allowed to take part, I release and agree to hold harmless HeartSong Yoga, Wellness & Coaching, Leslie, and its instructors and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from my participation.

Recordings. Live classes are recorded and added to the member Library, so I may appear or be heard in recordings. Leslie may occasionally take screenshots during class for her own use.

I want you to feel at ease with your registration. If your plans change, you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the retreat, by the end of the day on Sunday, November 29 (Pacific), by emailing leslie@yogaheartsong.com. After that date, registrations are non-refundable, since the replay is available through December 31 and gives you full access to the practice if you cannot join live. If I need to cancel or reschedule the retreat, you will receive a full refund or the option to join the new date. And if you have any difficulty reaching the retreat or the replay, please email leslie@yogaheartsong.com and I will help.
